If I register and decide to cancel, what is your cancellation policy?

ESF Camps

If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows (unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan at your initial registration which extends ESF’s Cancellation Policy for refunds during the camp season, beginning June 1, 2026, to cover cancellations or withdrawals due to a child’s injury or extended illness, evidenced by a doctor’s note. No other refunds will be processed unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan for your weeks paid per camper): March 15, 2026 (or earlier). Partial cancellations on or prior to this date are permitted at no charge ($50 non-refundable registration fee excluded). Full cancellations made on or prior to this date are subject to a $300 fee, per child, and a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family. There are no refunds after March 15, 2026. March 16, 2026 through June 1, 2026: We will issue you a credit only** for all tuition fees paid for full or partial cancellations ($50 non-refundable registration fee excluded), valid through the 2027 camp season. Your credit is transferable to any family member or friends and may be used for any ESF camp program. Please Note: No refunds (after March 15th) or credits (after June 1st) will be given out, regardless of your registration date, vacation, dismissal for behavior, or illness. **REMINDER ABOUT CREDITS On or after March 16, 2026: Cancel on or after March 16, 2026, through June 1, 2026, and receive a full credit for tuition paid (minus the non-refundable $50 registration fee) for unused weeks through 2027. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family and friends and may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program. Credit is not transferable to cash. CHANGES IN ENROLLMENT Starting on June 1, 2026 (or later): Changes in enrollment are based on availability, and that do not involve a reduction in weeks are subject to a $50 transfer fee, per child, for each request. (Applicable only to camp programming changes; for example: changing from Day Camp to Multi-Sports Camp.). After June 1, 2026 if you change a STEAM program (site specific) enrollment to a CORE program enrollment, the difference in tuition is not refunded (supplies have been purchased and staffing secured).
