What is the process for drop-off and pick-up?
ESF Camps
• ESF’s drop-off and pick-up procedures are designed to be safe, easy and convenient. We have several security procedures in place for the drop-off and pick-up process.
• Our staff will be there when you pull up and they will open the car door.
• We encourage Parents/Guardians to remain in their vehicles.
A FEW REMINDERS
• Your Security Pick-up ID Pass will include your camper’s pick-up time and designated pick-up area.
• Prior to your camper’s first day, you will receive your Security Pick-up ID Pass via email & SMS. • To make carline as safe and efficient as possible, show the mobile ID pass at pick- up or place your printed pick-up card on your vehicle’s dashboard.
• If you are not picking up, please forward your Mobile ID Pass or Printed Pick-up Card to the person you authorized to pick-up your camper.
• No camper will be released to any individual who is not listed on the authorized pick-up permission report.
• Please review, update and confirm your pick-up permissions for 2025 in your BRAVO Online Parent Portal/Checklist
• We ask that you only use your cell phone in carline if you chose the Mobile ID Pass option for pick-up; otherwise, we discourage any personal cell phone use.
EARLY PICK-UP
Please call the Camp Office to arrange early dismissal (must be prior to 2:30 PM). In the event your child will be leaving early, please call the Camp Office and a staff member will meet you in carline.
LATE DROP OFF
In the event your child will be late, please call the Camp Office.
