We also do not offer make-up days. Please refer to our camp tuition protection for full details related to illness. ### 2026 CAMP PROTECTION PLAN The [**Camp Protection Plan**](https://www.esfcamps.com/why-esf/worry-free-enrollment/) is an optional add-on that protects your tuition and provides maximum flexibility and peace of mind:  - Our policy is made to extend refunds during the camp season to cover cancellations or withdrawals due to a child’s injury or extended illness, evidenced by a doctor’s note. - With evidence of a doctor’s note, your camp session may be rescheduled to a later date if space is available. - If your camp week session cannot be rescheduled, your enrollment in the **Camp Protection Plan** can provide for a 75% refund of your camp tuition for pro-rated sessions missed. - A doctor’s note must be received within 10 days of your child’s injury or illness. Your electronic signature constitutes an understanding and agreement to the ESF Summer Camp Cancellation Policy. During online registration, you can choose to add the Camp Protection Plan for an additional **$60 per camper, per week**. - [Starting Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#main-content) - [ESF Camps](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#esf-camps) - [Phillies Baseball Academy](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#phillies-baseball-academy) - [Jr. 76ers Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-camp) - [BOLD Summers](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#bold-summers) - [Bravo Parent Portal](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#bravo-parent-portal) - [Phillies Phantasy Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/starting-camp?hsLang=en#phillies-phantasy-camp) - [Enrollment & Admissions](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#main-content) - [ESF Camps](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#esf-camps) - [Jr. 76ers Basketball Day Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-basketball-day-camp) - [Jr. 76ers Academy Overnight Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-academy-overnight-camp) - [Phillies Baseball Academy](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#phillies-baseball-academy) - [BOLD Summers](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#bold-summers) - [Phillies Phantasy Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/enrollment-admissions?hsLang=en#phillies-phantasy-camp) - [Health & Safety](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#main-content) - [ESF Camps Health & Safety](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#esf-camps-health-safety) - [Jr. 76ers Academy Overnight Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-academy-overnight-camp) - [Jr. 76ers Basketball Day Camp](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-basketball-day-camp) - [Phillies Baseball Academy](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#phillies-baseball-academy) - [BOLD Summers](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/health-safety?hsLang=en#bold-summers) - [Camp Experience](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#main-content) - [ESF Camps](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#esf-camps) - [Phillies Baseball Academy Experience](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#phillies-baseball-academy-experience) - [Jr. 76ers Day Camp Experience](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-day-camp-experience) - [BOLD Summers Experience](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#bold-summers-experience) - [Jr. 76ers Academy Overnight Camp Experience](https://info.esfcamps.com/esf-help/camp-experience?hsLang=en#jr-76ers-academy-overnight-camp-experience) [![esf icon - white](https://info.esfcamps.com/hubfs/esf%20icon%20-%20white.svg "esf icon - white")](http://esfcamps.com) Copyright © 2026, ESF Camps & Experiences
