What is the cancellation policy for Phillies Baseball Academy?

We are committed to operating the 2026 camp season for you and your family.
If Phillies Baseball Academy cancels: in whole, or in part, in 2026, you will receive a full refund for impacted sessions.
If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
- Before April 15, 2026 (or earlier): Full cancellations by April 15th, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less a $125.00 cancellation fee.
Before April 15, 2026 (or earlier): Full cancellations before April 15th, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less a $125.00 cancellation fee (unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan at your initial registration which extends PBA’s Cancellation Policy for refunds during the camp season, beginning June 1, 2026, to cover cancellations or withdrawals due to a child’s injury or extended illness, evidenced by a doctor’s note). No other refunds will be processed unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan for your weeks paid per camper at your initial registration purchase. - April 15th or later, 2026: Cancel April 15, 2026, or later, and receive a credit, less a $125.00 cancellation fee for tuition paid. Available credit is to be used through August 31, 2027. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family members or friends. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including vacation, summer school, illness) or who do not contact Phillies Baseball Academy to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
Illness/Sickness: Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund for days or weeks missed.
Conduct: Refunds or credits will not be issued for dismissals (ex. Behavioral incidents) once camp begins.
