What are the move-in and move-out dates for the program?

Penn Medicine Summer Program for High School Students

Move-in day is Sunday, June 28, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. Academic Classes start on Monday, June 29, at 9:30 AM. Move-out is Friday afternoon, July 24, from 2:30 PM to 4:00PM. The program for the last Friday begins with a test, group presentations and culminates with a Closing Luncheon and Awards Ceremony that ends at 2:00PM. After the luncheon, students will return to the dorms to complete their check out procedures, and should be picked up between 2:30PM – 4:00PM. BOLD Summers will provide specific arrival and departure day information during the virtual Family Orientation scheduled for late-May/early-June.

Program in Algorithmic and Combinatorial Thinking (PACT) 

Move-in day is Tuesday, June 23 from 2:00PM – 4:00PM. Move-out is Friday afternoon, July 34 from 2:30PM – 4:00PM. BOLD Summers will provide specific arrival and departure day information during the virtual Family Orientation scheduled for late-May/early-June. 

Engineering Summer Academy at Penn (ESAP) 

Move-in day is Sunday, July 12 from 12:00PM – 4:00PM. Move-out is Friday afternoon, August 1 from 2:30PM – 4:00PM. BOLD Summers will provide specific arrival and departure day information during the virtual Family Orientation scheduled for late-May/early-June.
