What are the requirements for the recommendation forms?

Students must have two recommendation forms attached to their application. Students will submit the contact information for their recommenders to the application, and the system will email them a standard form to complete. Students do not need formal letters of recommendation. One recommendation form must be submitted from a STEM teacher who can speak to the student’s academic ability, and the second form can be completed by a club advisor, employer, mentor, or another teacher.
