What happens if I am sick or injured while in the program?

A medical team, including a nurse and a general doctor, is always on call. Urgent Care sites and walk-in Clinics are also used and are close by. For more serious emergencies, injuries, or incidents after hours, the Children’s Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania are on campus and a short walk from the dorms. All students must have health insurance in place or have the ability to pay in full for services in order to be seen by most medical professionals.
