What if I need to cancel?

We are committed to operating the 2025 camp season for you and your family.
If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
Cancellation Policy: Day Camps:
- Before April 15, 2025 (or earlier): Full cancellations before April 15th, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less a $125.00 cancellation fee. April 15th or later, 2025: Cancel April 15, 2025, or later, and receive a credit, less a $125.00 cancellation fee (unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan at your initial registration purchase. No other refunds will be processed unless you purchased Camp Protection Plan for your weeks paid per camper).
- Credits: April 15, 2025 (or later): credits only minus a $125.00 cancellation fee for Day Camps. Your available credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family members and friends. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program. Available credit is to be used through August 31, 2026.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including vacation, summer school, illness) or who do not contact Jr. 76ers Camps to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
Illness/Sickness: Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness will not receive a refund for days or weeks missed.
Conduct: Refunds or credits will not be issued for dismissals (ex. Behavioral incidents) once camp begins.
