Do you have a Counselor in Training (CIT) program?
ESF Camps
Yes! We have a Young Leaders Program which is ESF's version of a CIT program. This 4-week program bridges campers to staff by developing leadership, professional skills, and independence through mentorship, hands-on camp experiences, workshops, community service, and coaching, preparing participants to become responsible, positive role models at ESF and beyond. Please note: Campers must attend all 4 weeks.
